  1. About us
    This website is operated by Summertime Collectables (ABN 56 702 162 212), an online-only trading card shop based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Summertime Collectables, and “you” means the person using the website or buying from us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
  2. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to place an order. We only sell and ship to addresses within Australia.
  3. Products and condition
    We sell trading cards and accessories. Raw singles are sold in Near Mint (NM) condition, following the TCGplayer Card Conditioning Overview. Product images may be stock images or photos of the actual item, and small differences in colour or appearance can occur on different screens. We do our best to describe items accurately, but we do not guarantee that descriptions are error-free.
  4. Prices and GST
    All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We may change prices at any time without notice, but the price you pay is the price shown when you place your order. If a price or listing is shown incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
  5. Orders
    When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. We accept your order when we ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order, we will refund you in full.
  6. Payment
    Payment is taken at checkout and processed by our payment providers. We do not store your card details. By placing an order you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
  7. Shipping
    Shipping is explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered.
  8. Cancellations and refunds
    Cancellations, returns and refunds are explained in our Refund Policy. A 6% cancellation fee applies to orders cancelled before they ship, and orders that have shipped can’t be cancelled.
  9. Australian Consumer Law
    Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
  10. Selling your cards to us
    If you send us a request to sell cards, any quote we give is based on the information you provide and is subject to us checking the cards when we receive them. We may adjust or withdraw a quote if the cards do not match what was described. You are responsible for packing and posting your cards securely.
  11. Intellectual property
    All content on this website, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or is used with permission. Pokémon, Riftbound and other card game names, images and trademarks belong to their respective owners, and we are not affiliated with them. You may not copy or use our content without our written permission.
  12. Acceptable use
    You must not misuse this website, including trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing harmful code, or using it for unlawful purposes.
  13. Limitation of liability
    To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
  14. Privacy
    Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal information.
  15. Changes to these terms
    We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this website at the time you place your order applies to that order.
  16. Governing law
    These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the courts of Victoria.
