Summertime Collectables (ABN 56 702 162 212) is an online-only trading card shop based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

Where We Ship
We ship within Australia only. We do not ship internationally.

Carrier
All orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Shipping Cost
We ship with Australia Post, with tracking, across Australia. Shipping is $10 for up to 100 singles that fit in a padded mailer. Shipping is $15 for larger standard packages. Orders over 5kg are $40. Shipping for binders are $20 for 1 and an incremental of $5 per additional binder.

Processing and Dispatch Time
We plan to ship orders within 2 business days of receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Delivery times depend on Australia Post and your location.

Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking. We’ll email you tracking details once your order has shipped.

Packaging
We pack cards using cardboard protectors, bubble wrap and padded mailers to help them arrive safely.

Incorrect Addresses
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we can re-send it once you pay the postage again.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, email us at support@summertimecollectables.com.au as soon as possible. See our Refund Policy for how we handle these cases.
