Where do you ship?
We provide services Australia-wide. All our orders are tracked via Australia Post.
How much is shipping?
Tracked shipping across Australia:
$10 for up to 100 singles that fit in a padded mailer.
$15 for larger orders or orders that include multiple graded cards.
$20 for binders.
$40 for orders over 5kg.
Shipping for each type of item is added together at checkout if your order includes binders and other items.
When will my order ship?
We plan to ship within 2 business days of your order.
How do you pack orders?
Your cards are packed with bubble wrap and mail cardboard, then sent in a padded mailer.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes. All prices are in AUD and include GST.
What condition are your cards in?
We follow the TCGplayer Card Conditioning Overview and only sell raw singles in Near Mint (NM) condition.
How do I sell you my cards?
It's as simple as these 4 steps:
1. Send us your Collectr link and we'll email you a free quote.
2. Upon agreement, pack your collection securely and send it to us.
3. We go through your collection and match it against the quote.
4. Once everything checks out, we send your payment.
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we will always put things right if an item arrives damaged, incorrect or not as described. See our Refund Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it has shipped. A 6% cancellation fee applies to cover platform fees, processing fees and handling costs. Once an order has shipped it can't be cancelled, but the Australian Consumer Law still applies.
